Like running on air - I absolutely love this shoe. The gel cushioning is fantastic and very comfortable. I think they are also very attractive (especially the blue ones). Just a quick note: If your foot pronates, you might not want to buy this shoe, as I was told that this shoe sacrifices stability for cushioning. I am a beginning runner with a very even footstrike, so the emphasis on cushioning is perfect for me (my previous pair was too rigid). If your foot is appropriate for this shoe, I would highly recommend it. It is worth every penny.

Perfect running shoe for me! - I was looking for this very type of shoes that I had previously been fitted for at a running store. I was able to find the pair pretty easily via name and number and make sure with the very accurate photographs. I then compared prices. I got a great bargain and ended up ordering two pair. Amazon rocks!This pair of shoe works exceptionally well for a first-time marathon trainee (I will run Chicago in October 2008). I am also a fuller figured woman who needs extra shoe stability and this shoe has fit the bill. I highly recommend this shoe but also believe that all new runners need to be professionally fitted before starting an running program. Get fitted at a running store like Fleet Feet but then get your replacement/second pair of shoes at Amazon. Runners need new shoes every 175-300 miles (that s a lot)!
